Our Events 

Apart from private events, we run a couple of public events every year. These can be pop ups, markets, festivals or dinner at a secret locations. All bookings have to go via email (info.enviecatering@gmail.com), text message or whatsapp (07739652189). Due to poor signal in Topsham or when we are on location, we cannot guarantee that your telephone call or voice mail comes through, so please avoid calling us.

Envie Supper Club @ Fordmore Farm.

Friday, December 2nd, 2022. 7-10 p.m.

A five-course-menu showcasing the best sustainable produce Devon has to offer, made by Envie (Topsham). £65, including a glass of sparkling on arrival and a glass of white and red wine during dinner. Join us to experience the warmth and joviality a supper club can bring, as well as our creative take on winter classics.

Sparkling wine, roasted nuts, olives

 

STARTER

Cauliflower cream, fried sage, truffle oil (v)

Oven roasted Coquille St Jacques (scallops in the shell, white wine, crème fraîche, shallots, mushroom, leek)

Ham Hock terrine, tarragon cream, home pickled carrots, homemade sourdough

MAIN COURSE

Pan fried seabass fillet, crushed potatoes, wilted greens, red wine vinaigrette, vanilla oil (gf)

Oven roasted free range chicken breast, mash potato, wilted greens, Dijon mustard sauce, chorizo butter (gf)

Ratatouille Provençale, polenta mousse, roasted cherry tomato, almond and rocket pesto (v, gf)

 

 

 

DESSERT

Dark chocolate marquise, homemade caramelised banana ice cream (gf)

Tiramisu verrine

 

CHEESE PLATTER

Cheese board per table, with a selection of local cheeses, apple, grapes, homemade chutney and crackers.

  

 

We can easily adapt our menu to GF, DF, Vegan etc. Please let us know any specific dietary or lifestyle requirements.

Pre orders required by Thursday 24th of November. A non-refundable deposit of £65 per table is required at time of booking. Cancellations within 48h of the event will result in full payment (£65) per individual cancellation

STARTER

Pan fried king prawns, chorizo and mango salsa

Salmon mi-cuit, horseradish, brioche, rocket

Pressed Ham hock terrine, hibiscus red onion, tarragon cream, toasted sourdough

Pan seared scallops, leek fondue, crushed peas, red wine vinaigrette, vanilla oil
